the dishes of the room service served in the hall, the attitude of somebody at the reception.
A formerly elegant hotel, still trying to maintain its South American flair. The morning breakfast was good. Lots to choose from. They offer a reasonable midday meal. Liked the kingsized bed. Enjoyed the pool area. Location made getting around easy.
Had a few struggles with getting the booking correct with the front desk. Good thing we had the Bookings.com app on the phone, c/w all messages sent to the hotel. They got it right in the end.
I had to leave earlier than breakfast was served, and the front desk staff offered me a croissant and coffee.
Air conditioner could have been a bit more forceful for the price I paid. No business center/staff couldn't print a boarding pass for me.
The hotel has got a very elegant style, delicious cuisine, friendly staff and is located very cetrally. The price is definitely worth the stay. Also don't miss the pool. Next time we come to Mendoza, we want ot stay here again.
Internet connection could be stronger, especially on the top floor. We called the reception for help, but sadly they couldn't do much about it, as it is obviously the router's short reach. In the lobby, internet works fine though.
Nice entrance, foyer and breakfast area. Staff were quite helpful.
Everything beyond the foyer was a bit shabby and in need of an upgrade. Just a run of the mill hotel, could be cleaner and nicer.
Staff was very helpful
No cream at breakfasts
Whithing two blocks of: Information Office, City tourist Office, 24 hrs hop On/off city tour bus station 1, Reataurants street mall, 4 minimarts, next door to casino, accross from taxi stand. Downtown! A private class ritual on how to prepare a good tasting Argentinian "Mate", by Diego
The weather for Jannuary was hot and humid but bearable
The breakfast was great, the bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly and luckily for us many spoke English, the location is walking distance to many shops and restaurants.
The room service food was almost inedible.
Excellent breakfast with an assortment of breads and pastries muesli eggs juice and coffee. The wireless was easy to connect and always available. All in all a very nice hotel I recommend
Hairdryer was an older model and kept going off
Friendlyness of check -in staff
Very small window.
Restaurants very nice Argentine hotel in central location!
bathroom fan was annoyingly loud
Hermoso hotel con encanto y estilo. Muy buen nivel y atencion. Para estar muy tranquilo. Alejado del ruido pasamos unos dias de total tranquilidad. Dadas las caracteristicas de la zona no hay wifi.
Good Location, ideal to pickup car rental
6th floor room at back was excellent. 2 nd room on 3rd floor near elevator was noisy. Booming drum noise followed by snare drum roll carried on late into night. Source is probably loud TV advertisment from ceiling speaker by checkin desk
Rooms were clean and staff helpful . Right in city centre so useful if that's what you want .
Next door to a casino so some street noise. Rooms were clean but not 4 star hotel .
Staff's ability to understand English. Ana/Matain were excellent at fielding questions and giving guidance from the front desk. Maids were super helpful, even thought they didn't understand English, they understood sign language. Leah at the front lobby bar was also outstanding. Great command of English coupled with excellent bar tending skills made her true asset for HH.
Wifi didn't work well in room, had to go to lobby to actually use. There was strong oder from the sewer that came up through drains one night of the two night stay. Exchanging dollars for pesos was only available at limited times.
