Huentala was an excellent choice for my business trip. The location is ideal, centrally situated near many amenities, which made it easy to manage work commitments. I found the rooms to be quite comfortable and well-equipped for a productive stay. The breakfast buffet was a delightful spread with plenty of options including fresh fruit, assorted pastries, and hot dishes. The staff were attentive and resolved any minor issues quickly and efficiently, enhancing the overall experience.

A major downside includes unexpected loud parties disrupting sleep!!! The outdated decor also leaves much to be desired compared to nearby hotels. Additionally, check-out delays due to room inspections felt unnecessary and inconvenient for departing guests!!!

The room was small and quite hot, especially since the AC was off and you had to ask the front desk to turn it on. It felt cramped and there were thin walls, so I could hear everything from the neighbors. The bathroom was okay with an amazing shower, but the overall vibe just felt off, kind of like a dated hostel. Beds weren't the most comfy either. Not what I expected for the price.

We stayed for 3 nights and loved the central location—super close to everything! The breakfast spread was on point too. However, every time we asked staff for help, they seemed uninterested. The room was clean but kinda cramped, and the pillows were not comfy. The bar area was nice for drinks, though!

The location offers fantastic access to the city center and the breakfast spread was impressive, particularly the pancake platter. However, the initial room we received had significant limitations, and service could have been more attentive, as our requests regarding the wine cellar experience were met with confusion. Lastly, while the hot water was plentiful, the suite itself did not meet expectations for quality.
